MY ROLE AT HERMES
I am a Senior Coach and a Trainer. In Hermes, I find the best strategy for eliminating any form of energy that does not really benefit the people I deal with. I also remove those obstacles that do not allow them to express their full potential. I do this to live my life to its fullest.
WHAT DRIVES ME
In the classroom my only aim is to get to the people, and the content becomes a way of confrontation. My ultimate goal is to bring them awareness so that they can then walk on their own. I like to generate growth and I love challenges, anything that “breaks” the mould, allowing us to escape from our habits and create something new.
ABOUT ME
I am an engineer, but only in paper form. After 15 years in multinational companies within the automotive industry, I decided I wanted to make my own way. Everyone was asking for medals, I wanted to learn how to take them off. I worked in Germany for several years, where I learnt the ‘Teutonic’ approach through which I conceived my own way of ‘doing business’. I started working as a trainer and being in the classroom became my own medicine. After about 15 years as a trainer, I moved on to manage entire After-Sales departments. I found myself face to face with the most important asset ever, people, and I never left them since. I am as curious about life as I was a child, I value all experiences, especially those that take me out of my comfort zone.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
Every candle brings light. In a dark room even a small spark can be seen. In a brightly lit room, however, it will not happen. A single candle sheds light for a short time, then it burns out and fades away. Maybe that light was enough in that short time, maybe not. For me, a candle represents the value of humility and awareness. There is light in everyone, but the real show is created by many lit candles.
