MY ROLE AT HERMES

I have been a Senior Trainer at Hermes Consulting since its foundation. By combining emotion and innovation, I support people and consequently organisations in driving change, helping to develop courage, strength and motivation to overcome the obstacles that we often activate within ourselves.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I love art and all the expressions that create emotion. I like to design training using a colorful palette made up of emotions and surprises, revealing concepts that exist, are before our eyes but often escape us or we don’t see them.

ABOUT ME

I firmly believe in the endless resources that a human being possesses as well as in the communication that the spiritual part of art owns to make them emerge. I like to connect the work of art with the individual so as to generate a communicative exchange of resources and construction of meaning. I studied architecture, deepened PNL and systemics and I am particularly fond of the constructivist approach. Over the years, these methodologies have widen my gaze on the world and on others.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

I choose a scarf that I was given years ago

. I only found out later that it was the scrap of a silk parachute from the First World War, printed with a map.

Parachutists used to wear it around their necks before jumping out of planes.

I wear it when I need strength and points of reference, to remind me that we don’t have to look for them on the outside as we already have them within us.
