MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am looking for a functional harmony between the worlds of creativity and that of organisation. In Hermes I found a perfect environment to unite these two seemingly separate halves: one needs the other to produce a result of excellence.

WHAT DRIVES ME

The challenge is to find the balance: creativity without order is scattering, organisation without freedom and flexibility is a prison.

ABOUT ME

Having always been fascinated by human complexity, I undertook a Master’s degree in Psychology and did a post-graduate internship in two consulting firms. I also did a Master’s degree in Project Management, to further my passion for giving order and structure with creativity, collaborating and building relationships.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

Sharing, supporting and sustaining drive me as a person and as a professional. To me, these elements can be enclosed in a packet of biscuits, which I tend to give to those around me as a gesture of gratitude and affection: relationships can only improve by adding sweetness.

To get to know a person, it is necessary to understand them in their own context, in other words, the surroundings in which they are placed. This is why I consider the Group a fundamental value that characterises human living and influences our being.
