MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am in charge of supporting the transformation of individuals and organisations. I consider the organisations as throbbing complex systems. My role is to analyse the specific dynamics of each organisation and identify the levers to be activated at all levels for an effective implementation of the strategies. I take a co-construction approach to solutions because only by integrating points of view and sharing objectives is it possible to achieve results.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I have enriched my personal and professional experience through change, which I have always welcomed and sought as a great opportunity, even when it had the appearance of difficulty or failure. I strive to transmit and foster a positive mindset and confidence in people towards what is ‘new’ and ‘different’. Technology, method, listening, energy and determination are the resources I draw on.

ABOUT ME

I held managerial roles within multinationals of different industries for 23 years, first in Production then in Human Resources. In 2014 I chose to work in Management Consulting and Coaching to encourage individual and organisational change processes.
