MY ROLE AT HERMES
At Hermes I am a Coach and a Trainer. I deal with personal and professional growth in both one-to-one and group contexts. I guide people in discovering their potential so that together we can build up the tools to express it at its best.
WHAT DRIVES ME
The encounter with the Other is a source of great inspiration for new ideas and solutions to sometimes only seemingly complex problems.
ABOUT ME
After graduating with a degree in Clinical Psychology and enrolling in the Register of Psychologists for the Lombardy region, I attended a four-year course in Short Strategic Psychotherapy directed by Professor Giorgio Nardone, and qualified as a psychologist-psychotherapist. During my years of study I gained extensive experience in the neuroscientific field by carrying out clinical research at centres of excellence for neurology and specialising in psycho-oncology. Today, I deal with personal and professional growth in corporate contexts, psychological support and psychotherapy paths in the most difficult psychic and psycho-oncology situations in hospitals.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
One object that I feel very close to is the small notebook that I always carry in my bag. It allows me to capture reflections resulting from one-off moments, photographs of original snapshots, questions that will be answered some other time, and teachings received from unexpected encounters
These notes acquire different values: the one of union, both with myself and with others, the one of personal and interpersonal growth and, finally, the one of freedom, of expression and of existence.
