At Hermes, I support managers in improving their performance and developing key leadership aspects such as visioning, empowering, energising, and self-efficacy to achieve business results.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I like to help people regain their feeling of positively influencing events and make things happen for the Common Good.

ABOUT ME

I am a member of the Order of Psychologists and Psychotherapists and am a lecturer in Management and Leadership at various Corporate Universities and Business Schools. I am also a personal coach for top managers as well as a Mentor for both Executive Managers and young talents. As a speaker at various conferences on the development of leadership skills, I have created innovative experiences for major multinationals, such as “Leadership Development” and “Awareness Centre” workshops, thanks to an avant-garde methodology that is the result of my experience and continuous development programmes attended abroad.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

I feel I am represented by the image of a butterfly flying lightly and resting gently here and there without stopping its journey. I identify these aspects in my passion for music and art which take me elsewhere, to worlds that unleash their energies and new possibilities for action.
