MY ROLE AT HERMES
I am an Occupational Psychologist specialising in well-being, life-long learning, visual expressive techniques and digital solutions to facilitate change. Today I work as a Trainer at Hermes Consulting and I am in charge of managing communication and social marketing activities. I believe in the value of sharing and in the importance of conveying a message of Common Good.
WHAT DRIVES ME
I nourish the dream and the daily goal of being to be an agent of change within organisations, designing pathways that expedite the realisation of what the souls of companies see over the horizon line. I have an ever-growing responsibility to expand both my own and others’ area of awareness, as well as room for inclusion. Art is for me an instrument of awakening dormant values, visions and desires.
ABOUT ME
I have always found visual art and music to be powerful tools of expression, capable of triggering strong transformations within the human soul. I have experienced this first-hand, as singing and painting have always helped me to look further afield and tell my story in a different language, through a prism of vivid emotions. I like to connect the dots and pass this magic on to others so that they can connect to their own story and write it together, moving towards the future.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
I grew up where art was tangible in every corner. I was given new looks at things by my beloved ones through it. Colours, all colours, for me are a form of expression and connection, they are light and space for imagination. They represent thoughts taking shape, even before they are defined. You can see a sculpture and you can carve it in stone, finding in it what you have already imagined. Painting in colour is for me a continuous evolution, from the always open code, in which only then do you see. Ideas change, you can always add something new, which allows you not only to ‘render the visible’, but to ‘make visible’.
