MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am a Consultant, a Coach, a Facilitator, a Trainer and an Orientator with extensive experience gained in the role of Training Manager for a large media company. I am in charge of designing structures capable of supporting change and leading people through transformation. A sustainable path made up of valuable and people-centric experiences. More specifically, my role is to draw the connections between all the actors and elements of the project structure.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I believe in the diversity of thoughts and behaviours which can generate a very original ensemble – a bricolage, to quote Levy Strauss – when put together and combined with emotional intelligence training, a bricolage. It is an impressive performance booster for teams, it is a success driver during transformative moments, and it guarantees the retention of an environment and dynamics geared towards continuous creation and evolution. My aim is to guide people to develop their capacity for self-determination and gain their freedom to choose. Thanks to my expertise, I build and coach people through valuable experiences restoring self-awareness and the ability to draw on personal resources, with a clear Purpose.

ABOUT ME

I have worked with Hermes for many years. I first met her as a client: when I was Training Manager in a company, we jointly designed people development projects. As a consultant since 2019, I play the role of Project Leader, coach, facilitator and trainer. I work with consulting teams to build project architectures and with the Project Managers to translate them into educational activities. I have always been involved in people development. I have worked in HR for a long time, going through different steps, until I took on the role of Training Manager. The transition to consulting was a sought-after and physiological change, which allowed me to enrich and broaden my own horizons. In this sense, I was able to combine managerial skills of managing complex projects with vertical technical skills of coaching, facilitation, job orientation and training, thanks to a constant focus and commitment to professional development.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

An item that is important to me is my professional cook’s knife set. I was lucky enough to be able to dedicate a period of my life to a passion of mine: cooking. I was totally engrossed in it, and I cherish all the energy and thrust that radical choices like that one are always able to generate. It represents the fundamental value of freedom for me, which along with the capacity for self-determination has always been part of my personal and professional choices.
