MY ROLE AT HERMES

I coordinate and lead the execution of projects at Hermes Consulting. Working in constant synergy with both the team and the client, I manage the entire process—from planning to defining the necessary resources, ensuring a careful balance between business goals and operational constraints. My role combines organizational and relational skills, with a focus on change management and corporate wellbeing.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I’m inspired by the energy that emerges when each person’s contribution interweaves with others’, creating unexpected outcomes. I believe in the power of collaboration, where differences don’t divide, but rather complement one another, like unique pieces of a much greater puzzle.

ABOUT ME

I hold a degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and am a licensed psychologist registered with the Tuscany Board of Psychologists. Alongside my university studies, I worked in learning support centers and completed an internship abroad, participating in a longitudinal study in the field of social psychology.
I am certified in Level 1 Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and completed a course in Innovation Management, allowing me to integrate tools focused on communication, change, and organizational process management.
