MY ROLE AT HERMES
The elements I bring represent mosaic tiles that enrich, strengthen and accelerate the processes of change and maturation of work teams in an experiential and emotional way.
WHAT DRIVES ME
The fire inside that moves me to scatter confetti of joy and lightness to anchor our heart to something stable and infinite.
ABOUT ME
I have covered managerial roles in important companies over the course of more than thirty years, simultaneously cultivating the art of performing on stage with my artistic activity which I began as a boy (folk groups, gospel trios, cabaret, comic theatre, laughter therapy).
For twenty years now I have completely changed my job: I am a Zen Jester, Happiness Trainer, a Positive Provocateur whose role is to energize and excite people with interactive performances called WorkShow, that bring a breath of regenerating energy capable of opening the channels of communication and emotions. I use original and engaging techniques such as Laughter & Singing Therapy, with “hearty laughter” exercises, choral singing, visualization techniques, playful and joyful performances to the rhythm of haunting music. During the performance, in a few minutes, a “turnaround” occurs: it is the audience that becomes the real protagonist! As well as in companies (events, conventions and evolutionary paths), I also administer smile and good mood pills in theatres, schools, hospitals, prisons, groups and communities.
In recent years I have perfected my singing talent as a lyric tenor, bringing it to professional levels with valid teachers such as the baritone Gianluca Valenti and the Korean soprano Cristina Park Hyo Kang, graduating from the International Music Academy “Vissi d’arte – Vissi d’amore” and obtaining the “Music for the soul – The search for beauty through music in 432 Hz” award in 2023.
For forty years I have been practicing and teaching deep meditation, dedicating myself to disciplines that promote inner growth, harmony and creativity.
