MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am responsible for project organization, planning, and control. My multifunctional role requires a combination of organizational and interpersonal skills.

My passion for project management is based on collaboration and building strong relationships with the working team and our clients.

The constant focus is on balancing time constraints and resources while always maintaining the primary goal of achieving desired results and customer satisfaction. The importance of precision and attention to detail, as well as understanding operational dynamics, find the perfect combination in my work.

ABOUT ME

After completing my degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation with a specialization in textual skills, I began my career in the publishing industry.

Over time, my professional journey shifted towards the world of Retail with a specific focus on operations management, training, and personnel development. Driven by my passion for organization and structuring, I decided to further enhance my skills by obtaining an Executive Master’s in Project Management.
