ABOUT ME

ICF PCC and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) Coach, HR Advisor.

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I have worked both as a consultant and in managerial roles in Italy and abroad, reaching the position of Vice President in a multinational company. I have also been an Adjunct Professor at Luiss Business School.

I am an Active Member of EQ Biz.

I founded Manimal Academy, a company dedicated to developing social and emotional skills through interaction with dogs and horses, and I am a Preferred Partner of Six Seconds.

I am a certified dog trainer (ENCI), a canine co-facilitator for Animal-Assisted Interventions, and an equestrian.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

I don’t choose an object, but rather an animal that has always been a part of my life: the horse. It is through my relationship with the horse that I have understood what it means to forge connections and how important it is to listen, without prejudice and arrogance.

The horse is a passion of mine, a spark that drives me to bring energy and enthusiasm into what I do. This has encouraged me to bring the relationship with animals into my profession as well, as I think that working with passion is truly a beautiful magic.
