MY ROLE AT HERMES
I am in charge of supporting Senior Consultants in the development and delivery of consulting projects.I am lucky enough to collaborate within teams of experienced consultants, and learn from their experience, sharing with them a vision that I feel is particularly close to my heart: making a difference to the world in order to improve it and enhance people’s involvement, while working together to achieve the Common Good.
WHAT DRIVES ME
Valuing people as well as the desire to make a real difference have steered my path as a psychologist with a focus on the social field, and have encouraged me to pursue pathways towards research, service design and knowledge.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
My MP3 is the hallmark of what drives me to date. Music has always been somewhat of a constant in my life. Every chord, every melody, every word opens up an unimaginable world. It is something that unites and never divides, it does not look at the colour of your skin, the language you speak, the culture you belong to, as it is universal. This is one of the most important values to me: equality.
We are all part of the same system, we are all equal, even if intrinsically different.
