MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am a Project Leader and a Client Manager, as well as an Executive Coach, a Trainer and an Organisational Development Consultant. My professional commitment is mainly focused on people. I aim to foster the expression of their own unique qualities while closely aligning with the development needs of the organisation.

WHAT DRIVES ME

In my work, I am driven by the desire and the will to merge scientific rigor with a visionary mindset to better understand the complexity of this millennium. Over the last decade, due to the complexity and the rapid change of contexts and markets, I have significantly transformed my role, providing support to corporate management when having to make consistent choices of policy, business and organisational strategies. After 25 years of work, knowledge and expertise, along with humility and the Common Good, are of the utmost importance for me.

ABOUT ME

In my career I have obtained the degrees in Work and Organisational Psychology, a Master in Business Executive Coaching, a Certified Master Business Coach (CMBC) and as Full Member of the WABC Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
