WHAT DRIVES ME

Getting in touch with the different organisational settings, their culture, values and ways of operating, represents for me a real privilege that constantly fuels my interest in learning more and better about the phenomena related to organisational behaviour and interpersonal dynamics. This is why my professional development has followed and continues to follow the ever-richer thread of coaching, which I started in 2007, shifting from individual to team coaching.

ABOUT ME

From 1984 to 1988 I attended the four-year training for individual psychotherapists and group facilitators of People-Centred Approach. This experience profoundly shaped me, allowing myself to integrate a marked focus on person and group development into my work as a trainer. I have many years of experience in leading groups and teams, and this has led me over the past few years to apply team coaching methodologies to Management Groups in order to enhance their delivery capacity. I carry out projects on topics related to leadership, empowerment and team building, mainly aimed at leaders or Management Groups, using the People-Centred Approach, the Neuro-Linguistic Programming and the Systemics as my main reference theories.
