In Hermes, as a Senior Trainer, Business, Executive, and Team Coach, I support individuals on their professional journey within organizational systems with the aim of helping them become who they are. I build bridges within the company to facilitate the flow of energy and empower dialogue.

Passion, love for knowledge, and a commitment to continuous personal growth drive me. I’m motivated by seeing the sparkle in people’s eyes when I shed light on their resources, talents, and potential. I love incorporating the art and harmony of landscapes into my training.

Constantly eager to understand how to help people shine, I am passionate about expanding my skills in psychology in the field of work and organization, which I combine with a degree in Marketing and Communication.
As a corporate trainer for over 23 years, I am certified as an Executive and Team Coach in accredited ICF master programs and hold a certification in BFQ-2 Big Five Questionnaire.
