MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am a Coach and a Business Consultant, but I also support young trainers through their growth path. My role is to help people become what they want to be. I design and deliver corporate training in the fields of communication, sales, active listening, leadership, resource management, goal-oriented work, role analysis, focus groups, selection and coaching.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I truly believe that everyone possesses all the resources required to express excellence and that, by being supported in recognition and self-awareness, they can fully express their capabilities within their role.

ABOUT ME

My path started in a very distant world from where I am today. After my encounter with ‘people’, it took a different direction and has not stopped since. My focus has always been on the efficiency and effectiveness of professional processes. For me, they are possible only if the energy level and motivation of individuals is high and if people can fully express themselves when achieving their work goals. Today I am still on the road, driven by the same curiosity and passion.
