MY ROLE AT HERMES 

My career at Hermes Consulting has developed through a path of constant growth and rich challenges. Thanks to the support and internal training from colleagues, I have acquired knowledge and skills in teaching that have allowed me over time to become the Head of Educational Coordination. I have had the opportunity to shape the training activities related to change management and leadership. The transition to Head of Design Area allowed me to deepen my commitment to the creation and implementation of projects that directly reflect the values and objectives of Hermes.

Today, as the Head of Project Implementation, my role encompasses the supervision of project managers, ensuring that every project translates into tangible results for clients and growth opportunities for the team.

WHAT DRIVES ME

The main drive behind my commitment is the aspiration to see the team and our clients achieve their goals. I firmly believe in the power of innovative solutions and the ability to face challenges with a positive approach, striving to transmit this energy in every phase of the projects we lead.

ABOUT ME

My professional journey is rooted in a solid academic background in Educational Sciences, but it is above all the result of constant exchange and discussion with more senior colleagues. My growth at Hermes has provided me with a deep understanding of the educational processes, essential for cooperating and leading change within organizations. The importance of continuous learning, as well as the value of individual and collective empowerment, are principles I apply daily in my role at Hermes Consulting. Through the management and realization of complex projects, I have observed and implemented the valorization of each team member, promoting an environment where everyone’s contribution is essential to our shared success. My education has equipped me with the tools to face challenges with a systemic approach, always aiming to foster the growth and development of human potential within the company.
