I am a Senior Consultant and a Senior Coach. I would like to replace the word “diversity” with ” plurality” thinking of a world where fairness and inclusion are not up for discussion. The interest that can be created, the information that can be spread and the awareness that arises motivate and spur my inputs in the area of facilitation and training.

ABOUT ME

As for many in our field, my career path as a coach and facilitator started off ‘on top’ of a previous profession. Since then, each piece has been added as a natural consequence of the previous one, as something new to learn and do: from translation and interpreting, to teaching and organising (inter)cultural events, to coaching (as I am PCC – ICF accredited) up to adult training. A road that is currently marked by an in-depth study of the systemic thinking, in particular as applied to social systems, as well as branches of neuroscience investigating social behaviour.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

I feel represented by an open and flexible circle, capable of adjusting to the context’s specificities, needs and offers. I believe in the capacity of all living beings to learn and seek consistency and harmony between their behaviour and the surroundings in which they are placed.
