MY ROLE AT HERMES
I joined Hermes Consulting’s Managing Partner Team in 2024. I work with the Leadership Teams of large companies on organisational transformation projects that also require a change of mindset and modus operandi.
As an Executive Coach, I support Management Committees, CEOs and C-Levels who, in their journey, aim both to achieve their goals and to grow professionally and personally, striving for excellence in leadership. The priority is to guide the sustainable evolution of organisations in an increasingly complex competitive environment.
WHAT DRIVES ME
I firmly believe that the success of an organisation depends not only on its operational efficiency, but also on the quality of leadership and fruitful collaboration between people. Relationships are the fertile ground on which to build a personal and professional life full of meaning and fulfilment. Today, the way we do things is what makes the difference. Investing time and energy into understanding oneself makes us more authentic and constructive people. Just as contemporary art invites us to reflect on the complexity of the human experience, leadership development leads us to explore the most hidden aspects of our identity.
ABOUT ME
After 30 years of working for companies, it was time to focus on people. Three decades, equally divided between management consulting, in Bain and as a partner of Deloitte, and the banking sector, dealing with HR, organisation, operations & IT. Years in which, also in my role as Board Member, I acquired technical skills to which I added, with determination and passion, structured and certified executive coaching and leadership development programmes, which allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills. This new phase of mine allows me to see the company from a different perspective: that of relationships and leadership. It is my “give back”, i.e. my way of giving back to others by sharing my wealth of experience. I have led rapid and complex changes in the world of work, and today I want to be active in providing tools for leaders to face the new human and strategic challenges of our time. The goal? Working on the development of organisations to make them more competitive, also through the creation of inclusive, sustainable and wellbeing-oriented working environments.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
I have chosen a work of contemporary art because in this field, experimentation and diversity are celebrated as the vehicle to convey meaningful messages.
Similarly, in quality human relationships, open-mindedness and acceptance of differences are crucial for building authentic, deep and effective bonds.
