MY ROLE AT HERMES
I am in charge of structuring, writing and developing complex projects, but I also work on training and consultancy. This allows me to team up continuously with the operations department, the consultants as well as with the network to define effective strategies. I am responsible for defining all of the company’s offers and managing the financial plan of the company’s Change Management projects, especially using our systemic I.Ri.S. approach. At the same time, I also work as a Coach in a number of projects that we implement in companies. The intertwining of these roles engenders a stimulating reflection, as frontline activities on the field create continuous stimuli for me to be brought back into projects and moments of confrontation and strategy development with colleagues.
WHAT DRIVES ME
I love working as part of a team, creating something great, which cannot be accomplished alone: everyone’s effort and points of view are for me the decisive key to achieving the complex challenges the company has to face. This is the aspect I like best about my job. Perceiving the Systems I am part of as well as the impacts I can generate makes me feel alive and helpful for the Community and the Common Good, to which we aspire at Hermes Consulting.
ABOUT ME
I graduated in Social and Organisational Psychology and then went on to study various approaches, including NLP, in which I am a Master Practitioner and Licensed NLP Coach™. After graduating, I joined Hermes, where over the years I have held various roles that have given me an in-depth knowledge of the company and got me more and more passionate about it. During these years I have widened my studies thanks to a number of learning and experiences, which I have been able to include in my work. I attended a Master in Human Resources Management, the Executive Program in Marketing & Sale at LUISS, and a course in Project Management.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
The object that represents me is a backpack for explorers, both practical and cheerful, with which to face all challenges, and within which to collect all the new elements that are added throughout the experience. The backpack allows you to carry the important things with you and share them with the people who cross your path, thereby generating exchange and innovation.
