MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am in charge of communication, graphic design and project support. I combine both my passion for art and literature with the aim of telling the story of our common project.

WHAT DRIVES ME

Communicating to others, conveying the values in which our company believes, sharing the principles for longevity. These drives me every day to do my utmost to contribute to change. I enjoy sharing our innovation process, opening the doors of our world to others and involving anyone who wants to be part of this journey.

ABOUT ME

I am a Social, Work, and Organizational Psychologist, registered with the Order of Psychologists of Tuscany (10663), specializing in Life Cycle and Context Psychology, with a focus on “Crisis Management and the Promotion of Resources in Social and Community Contexts.” I have worked in supporting people with disabilities and in experimental schools, where I carried out projects to support and develop soft skills. Additionally, I have achieved the level of Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

I choose books, with which I explore countless worlds and times. Books encompass all those things that we often fail to grasp or do not have the opportunity to observe first-hand. They guide us on a journey into the discovery of parts within ourselves that we often do not have the courage to explore or we are curious to discover.

Books are about curiosity, openness to the new, the courage to change. On the last page we are different from what we were.
