MY ROLE AT HERMES
For years, I have been dedicated to training and coaching, with a particular focus on effective and impactful communication. In my role as a Senior Consultant, my main goal is not merely the transfer of information or the teaching of new skills. Rather, it is a dynamic and multidimensional journey toward personal and organizational transformation, which calls for deep reflection, both on an individual and collective level, promotes significant changes in behaviors and thought paradigms, and enables individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.
WHAT DRIVES ME
I value concepts like cooperation (over competition), authenticity (over image), and the collective (rather than the individual). Consequently, I am stimulated by co-creation, listening, and the social and emotional intelligence of groups. I believe that being human matters more than just being skilled, that it’s important to be inspired in order to inspire those around us. This, both inside and outside of organizations, is something we increasingly need.
ABOUT ME
With a background in advertising as a copywriter, creative, and strategist, I have experience in television production, print media, and branding strategies. I’ve learned what it means to create concise and impactful communication that speaks not only to the mind but also to the heart and imagination of people. Much of this expertise is channeled into my work as a trainer and coach. Today, my work, grounded in experiential learning methods and group facilitation, focuses on effective and collaborative interpersonal communication, Public Speaking, and corporate storytelling. I assist Managers and Executives in crafting clear, concise, persuasive messages and in maximizing the impact of their communication.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
The acorn holds within it all the characteristics and qualities of the oak tree it will become.
I enjoy observing the people around me, thinking about the best things they can become.
A very interesting “training” of the gaze.
