MY ROLE AT HERMES
At Hermes, I am a Junior Trainer in charge of designing and implementing training programmes focused on soft skills. On top of that, I support the team of consultants in running projects and courses.
WHAT DRIVES ME
Helping and supporting others to unleash their potential is what really drives me. My aim is to foster the development of life-long learning skills, stimulating new reflections at the same time, so that everyone can embark on a new journey and add one more self-awareness piece to the mosaic of their identity.
ABOUT ME
I graduated in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Florence. I did a one-year postgraduate traineeship within two Consultancy Companies, through which I had the opportunity to get involved both in the field of Recruitment as well as in the design and delivery of game-based Training Classrooms, thus coming into contact with great professionals of the same field.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
Curiosity, open-mindedness and trust are three values that profoundly resonate in me. They can easily be associated with the sense of listening, which for me is symbolised by the earphones, my travelling companions.
Listening means accepting the legitimacy of another person’s point of view, with the awareness that there might be something important to learn from it. I listen trying not only to understand, but also to value a ‘truth’ different from my owns.
