MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am ???????????????????????????????????????? and ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? passionate about cultural change within companies. I support colleagues in designing projects that are always different and tailor-made for each workplace.

WHAT DRIVES ME

We are all more aware of the importance of loneliness and companionship, silence and noise.  In the future, I see companies as more and more resembling a family where ‘togetherness is strength’, where everyone can count on one another’s support, where one does not feel lonely and is able to take time off in private to maintain an inner balance. A business asset more and more made up of individual and group cross skills.

ABOUT ME

With a strong interest in the field of corporate welfare, I completed my studies in work psychology, qualifying as a psychologist, and was able to delve into various aspects linked to the world of wellbeing. From leadership to the wellbeing of company personnel, exploring the theme of stress and anxiety management through cross-functional paths such as mindfulness.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

I choose a volleyball, which has been an ever-present element of my childhood. Thanks to volleyball, I learnt from an early age the meaning of ‘togetherness’, ‘teamwork’, sharing, kindness, authenticity and trust (towards oneself and others). These are values I continue to strongly believe in, which I apply in my daily life and professional career development.
