MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am a Client Manager and Project Leader, as well as a Senior Coach and Trainer. I apply my experience and who I am to the professional environment with integrity, generosity and dedication as a coach, consultant and colleague.

WHAT DRIVES ME

My background is firmly rooted in a humanistic education that fostered and embedded a deep interest in exploring and understanding the human experience in all its manifold manifestations. To me, it is a way of continually gaining new insights and perspectives in order to better understand ourselves and the world around us. This is the guiding compass that has steered my professional path which, regardless of its various forms it has assumed, has always had its deepest meaning ‘in “being there for the others”.

ABOUT ME

I have gained corporate experience as a HR Training and Development Manager. I have obtained certifications as a Pactitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP as well as a Master in Coaching. Since 2009, I have been dealing with strategic and management consultancy on People and Change issues.

AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME

It is a declaration of intent towards humankind, urging us to move beyond a limited and self-centred gaze towards spaces of fulfilment fuelled by the act of giving.
