MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am a Client Manager and a Senior Consultant. I work on building relationships and connections between companies, people and the territory; I gather the expressed and unexpressed needs of a company and its people by listening and actively involving them. I am convinced that the company is a social subject of the territory and that everyone, with their uniqueness, is a bearer of VALUE.

WHAT DRIVES ME

Thinking about tomorrow and investing in our own growth represents the unceasing ‘challenge’ of our lives; it is a challenge that requires hope and some other perspectives. My mission is therefore to find resources, empower and transfer them so that we are not alone in building a better world.

ABOUT ME

I forge relationships between places, people and resources by enhancing histories, cultures and lived patterns. After graduating in International and Diplomatic Sciences, one year at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched my international career: since then I have been working with passion, determination and interest. I have been involved in development cooperation projects in different geographical and cultural contexts: from the coasts of Brazil to the temples of Cambodia. I have been working”in the field” in over twenty countries. I am a trainer, a lecturer, a facilitator in seminars and training courses as an expert in child protection policies, equal opportunities and work/life balance. I am a Welfare community manager, passionate about shared governance processes, participatory planning, policy making and collaborative methods; I believe it is of utmost strategic importance to trigger integrated, cohesive, inclusive and sustainable processes that place people and relationships at the centre of the system.
