MY ROLE AT HERMES

I am a Supervisor Coach and Senior Consultant, passionate about guiding individuals and teams through transformative journeys, both personally and professionally. With a unique Italo-American background, I bring a creative and original approach to my facilitation, consultancy, and coaching, seamlessly integrating a variety of tools I have acquired.

WHAT DRIVES ME

I am driven by the desire to turn adversity into opportunity and to demonstrate how simplicity and creativity can achieve seemingly impossible goals. I connect easily with people from all backgrounds and am dedicated to contributing to a better world where everyone, even if they are unaware, is a leader.

ABOUT ME

I am an Italo-American coach with PCC credentials, Supervisor ESIA EMCC, Senior Practitioner EIA EMCC, Mentor, and PCC assessor ICF, with over 2500 hours of session experience. My professional career began in 1989, and since then, I have adopted a global approach to interacting with people and situations. I support leaders and teams to accelerate their performance, integrating a wide range of experiences that allow me to promote the dissemination and evolution of knowledge through diverse perspectives.

I am an open and curious individual with a natural inclination for creating creative collaborations. I encourage my clients to explore their potential, unleashing their unique abilities and enhancing their self-awareness so they can fully express themselves.

My toolkit includes techniques from theater, mindfulness, creative thinking, art, the wisdom of Native Americans, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), all of which help me live serenely and support my clients in their journey of personal and professional growth.
