MY ROLE AT HERMES
I am a Senior Coach and a Trainer. My passion for hiking and other sports has allowed me to convey at Hermes, as well as in multinational and international companies, that challenges are opportunities for growth and development, rather than obstacles to be overcome. I work to develop change processes through coaching.
ABOUT ME
In my educational path I have obtained the qualification of ICF Certified Coach, worked as an Executive Coach in an international context, and was Faculty Member of the Master in Executive Coaching at Luiss Business School. I am a CISM Mindfulness Instructor, emotional intelligence and neuro-linguistic programming Trainer. I have also obtained SixSeconds certification and founded the Manimal protocol as a member of the Scientific Committee of the Horse Riding School in Rome.
AN OBJECT THAT DESCRIBES ME
A rucksack is all I need to begin my journey as an explorer. Inside is definitely my curiosity, cherished like a precious possession, along with water, provisions and my compass.
With curiosity I set out on my path, aware of the obstacles I may encounter and most importantly of the fact that I will not be able to overcome them all. But there is one thing for sure: I will be well trained, I will have put my care and effort into this, something I have learnt from sport and the mountains. Because in the end I will reach the summit, perhaps with a different route than the one I had planned, but confident of what is in my rucksack.
