She has held senior roles at Engineering, Leonardo, and BNL-Gruppo BNP Paribas, focusing on training, HR processes, change management, project management, lean organisation, people development, and corporate communications.

In 2014, she chose to focus on management consulting and coaching, bringing technology, methodology, deep listening, energy, and determination to foster individual and organisational change processes.
