At Hermes, he supports people, managers, and organisations through journeys of change, development, and transformation, with a particular focus on relational quality, trust, and collaboration in complex environments.
He works to strengthen people's ability to interact with authenticity and awareness, creating the conditions that foster dialogue, cooperation, and the expression of individual and collective potential.
He has extensive experience leading organisational and human development initiatives, working as a facilitator, guide, and trainer. In his interventions, he combines professional expertise, relational sensitivity, and an ability to interpret systemic dynamics, guiding individuals and groups towards new ways of collaborating and growing.
Cooperation is one of the core values underpinning his approach. He views challenges as opportunities for learning and growth, believing it is entirely possible to combine organisational effectiveness, wellbeing, and high-quality relationships by bringing trust, authenticity, and a human-centred focus to professional settings.
Music is an integral part of how he interprets relationships and the human experience. Through the handpan—an instrument that accompanies his moments of reflection and meditation—he cultivates a sensitivity to listening, harmony, and connection, dimensions he naturally brings into his work with teams and organisations.
