Elisabetta Fanani

At Hermes, she is a Project Creator and is responsible for structuring, designing and developing complex projects, bringing together project design, consulting, training and coaching.

She works closely with the operations team, consultants and the sales network, helping define effective project strategies and build proposals that address clients’ needs.

She oversees the development of business proposals and the financial management of change management projects, with a strong focus on the IRiS® systemic approach and on ensuring alignment between objectives, activities, resources and expected outcomes.

At the same time, she acts as a coach in several Hermes corporate projects. This hands-on experience in the field allows her to bring fresh insights, observations and learning back into the design, strategic alignment and collaborative sessions with colleagues.

Her work stems from the desire to create something together that would be impossible to achieve alone. She believes in the power of teamwork, embracing diverse perspectives, and the capacity of systems to generate positive impact for organisations, communities and the common good.

Holding a degree in Social and Organisational Psychology, she has furthered her expertise in NLP, coaching, HR, marketing, sales and project management. She is a Master Practitioner and Licensed NLP Coach™. She brings a systemic vision, meticulous design, an ability to connect people and ideas, and a commitment to high-quality collaborative work to every project.
