At Hermes, she serves as a key link between business development, project design and delivery, helping turn business opportunities into tangible proposals and structured projects.

She supports business development by preparing proposals, developing budgets, assessing financial sustainability, and managing framework agreements and tenders. She also oversees the CRM, opportunity tracking and sales reporting, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date data and process continuity.

She works closely with Finance & Administration, Project Managers and HR, facilitating coordination between contracts, resources, project activities and organisational requirements. She also contributes to recruiting and onboarding new consultants, fostering alignment between business growth and the development of the professional team.

Her role combines commercial, organisational and project management expertise, with a strong focus on planning, project monitoring and alignment between objectives, resources and expected outcomes.
