Francesca Lenzi

At Hermes, she is a Project Manager and coordinates project delivery, overseeing the transition from planning to resource onboarding and day-to-day operations.

She works closely with both the team and clients, balancing business objectives, project constraints, timelines, stakeholders and the quality of outcomes.

Her role combines organisational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on change management, corporate wellbeing and fostering the right conditions for projects to run clearly, sustainably and effectively.

She is driven by the energy that emerges when everyone’s contribution blends with others, creating richer and often unexpected results. She believes in the power of collaboration and in celebrating differences as unique pieces of a bigger picture.

With a degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, she is a registered psychologist with the Tuscany Regional Board. Her experience includes working in learning support centres and contributing to social psychology research, including a longitudinal study undertaken during an internship abroad.

She holds a level 1 certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and completed a course in Innovation Management, bringing together tools for communication, change and business process management.
