Consultant
At Hermes, she is a Consultant, Senior Coach and Trainer, supporting individuals, teams and organisations through facilitation, coaching, training and relationship skills development programmes.
She works with executive leadership on effective communication, conflict management, negotiation, public speaking, Leadership Team Management, team building, listening, group coaching and team coaching. She also collaborates in international settings as a coach and trainer in Italian, English, French and German.
Her work stems from a strong conviction: to replace the word diversity with multiplicity, and to help build environments where equity and inclusion are a natural part of working together.
Her professional journey combines translation, interpreting, teaching, intercultural event management, coaching and adult education. This path enables her to bring a broad perspective to projects, capable of interpreting languages, cultures, social systems and relational dynamics.
An accredited PCC – ICF coach, she has studied systems thinking, systemic constellations, Individual Effectiveness and neuroscience applied to social behaviours. She brings listening, facilitation, intercultural sensitivity and the ability to build awareness within groups and organisational systems to her projects.
