WHAT I DO AT HERMES
Today at Hermes, I am a Senior Consultant. I aspire to enhance—both for myself and for others—the ability to interact with trust in complex environments. To achieve this, I genuinely explore and offer to every person, at any management level, my humanity and professionalism, shaped by the values that have always defined me and the systems I have explored.
WHAT DRIVES ME
For me, cooperation is the highest form of aspiration. I work actively to bring as much happiness and beauty as possible into people’s lives, including the workplace. Challenges have always been a source of motivation and engagement—resources to draw upon.
I take on roles as facilitator, guide, director, and mentor, delivering structured initiatives for years aimed at organisational and human development for our clients.
AN OBJECT THAT REPRESENTS ME
Connection, sharing, and evolution: these are the elements that bring to life my moments of reflection, awareness, meditation, and reconnection with people and the ecosystem, creating a harmonious and balanced whole. At the end of the day, I find myself processing the day’s experiences through the sounds of my handpan.
