His work stems from a desire to bring joy, lightness and vitality into organisational settings, creating conditions where people can feel more open, present and receptive to relationships.
After more than thirty years in managerial and executive roles at major companies, he integrated his professional path with extensive artistic experience across the stage, music, comic theatre, cabaret, singing, laughter therapy and interactive performances.
For over twenty years, he has worked as a Zen Jester, FelicitActor and Positive Provocateur, staging interactive performances called WorkShows that transform the audience into protagonists through Laughter & Singing Therapy, heartfelt laughter, choral singing, visualisation, play, music and shared energy.
He brings his experiences to companies, events, conventions, developmental programmes, theatres, schools, hospitals, prisons, groups and communities. For forty years, he has practised and taught deep meditation, cultivating disciplines geared towards inner growth, harmony and creativity.
