Tommaso Firaux
At Hermes he focuses on innovation, coaching and training, with a particular focus on neuroscientific, evolutionary and constructivist approaches applied to organisational settings.
He designs and manages environments that foster change, integrating neuroscience, coaching, neurolinguistics and new technologies to support the development of people and organisations.
He explores artificial intelligence as a lever to optimise time, resources and processes, while keeping what makes work truly human at the core: awareness, relationships, learning, creativity and the capacity to evolve.
With a degree in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience, he specialises in coaching and neurolinguistics. He studies the dynamics of consciousness and conducts academic research aimed at contributing to greater individual and collective awareness.
He brings scientific curiosity, an innovative outlook and a close attention to the human dimension of transformation to projects, helping people and teams build on their strengths and create more conscious, effective and sustainable working environments.
