Danila Mignardi
At Hermes, she supports organisations, managers and teams through change, organisational development and professional growth programmes, bringing together consulting, business coaching, training and instructional innovation.
She works to foster the development of people and organisations, designing learning and transformation experiences that bridge well-being, skills development and business goals. She also leads Assessment and Development Centres, helping evaluate and unlock individual and managerial potential.
She has been working in people development for over 25 years. A qualified occupational psychologist, she has deepened her expertise in business coaching, mindfulness, Franco-Italian graphology, conscious breathing techniques and neuroscience applied to coaching and learning.
She co-authored the book “Neuroscienze per coach” and is a member of the AICP national research committee. Her scientific curiosity drives an ongoing search for innovative methods and tools to nurture self-awareness, change and human potential.
She brings genuine active listening, interpersonal sensitivity, energy and a human-centred approach to every project. Music, and jazz in particular, reflects her professional philosophy: recognising each individual’s uniqueness, valuing differences and creating the right conditions for people and groups to find a shared, harmonious and generative rhythm.
