Daniela Oliboni

Founder, Sole Director and Managing Partner of Hermes Consulting, management consultant, systemic coach and trainer, Daniela founded Hermes Consulting in 1996, following an established career in training and consulting, with the goal of creating a firm dedicated to developing individuals, teams and organisations.

At Hermes, she leads projects focused on the regenerative implementation of strategies, cultural evolution, organisational development, executive coaching and team coaching, supporting businesses, leadership teams, entrepreneurs and managers through phases of change, growth and transformation.

Throughout her career, she has worked with major national and international groups across the banking, insurance, industrial, retail and services sectors. She brings to her projects a systemic understanding of organisations, a focus on the quality of relationships, and the ability to turn visions, tensions and developmental potential into concrete development programmes.

Her professional journey combines a background in the humanities with psychology, systemic coaching, NLP, counselling, neuroscience, digital transformation and innovation.
