She designs and delivers individual and group programmes, corporate training, team building and team development, with the aim of strengthening cohesion, accountability and the ability to achieve measurable results.
Her background brings together legal expertise, consulting, coaching and sport. A qualified lawyer, she has developed specific expertise in GDPR, digital transformation, HR compliance and the application of the AI Act to HR processes.
She has pursued advanced study in the psychology of change, strategic problem solving & coaching, performance coaching with the S.F.E.R.A. model, legal innovation, public procurement and project management. She brings a practical focus, structured methodology, a results orientation and the ability to design tailored programmes that create lasting transformation for individuals, teams and organisations.
