She has extensive experience in organisational development, designing and delivering training programmes, executive coaching, team and group coaching, assessment and development centres, and women’s leadership programmes.
Her background brings together philosophy, coaching, emotional intelligence, business theatre, public speaking and facilitation. Holding a degree in Theoretical Philosophy, she explored the educational and transformative power of theatre through a Masterclass at Milan’s Piccolo Teatro and her stage experience with Moni Ovadia’s company.
She brings to every project a deep focus on the individual, the quality of presence, and the potential to turn self-awareness, expression and relationships into tangible drivers of managerial and cultural development.
