At Hermes, she is a Consultant supporting businesses, people, and communities to build relationships, connections, and shared development programmes.

She focuses on organisational listening, active engagement, participatory design, and bringing to light the expressed and unexpressed needs of organisations and their people.

Her work stems from the conviction that a company is a social actor within its community, and that every individual, through their unique background and story, brings value.

After graduating in International and Diplomatic Sciences, she began her professional journey at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, going on to gain extensive international experience in development cooperation projects across more than twenty countries.

A trainer, speaker, and moderator, she has worked on child protection policies, equal opportunities, work-life balance, community welfare, shared governance, policy making, and collaborative approaches.

She brings to projects social awareness, an intercultural perspective, the ability to build alliances, and a focus on integrated, cohesive, inclusive, and sustainable processes, always placing people, relationships, and the wider community at the centre.
