Her work is driven by a passion for helping people discover and realise their full potential, fostering lifelong learning where every participant can add a new layer of self-awareness to their personal and professional journey.
Holding a Master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Florence, she completed her post-graduate internship at a consulting firm, building expertise in talent acquisition, instructional design, and game-based training delivery.
She brings curiosity, an open mind, trust, and deep listening skills to her projects, with a strong focus on valuing diverse perspectives and creating participatory learning environments.
