Her work has spanned organisational design, talent development, succession planning, performance management, change management, company culture, engagement, coaching, mentoring and leadership development.
An ICF PCC credentialed coach with an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching, she blends HR expertise, organisational background and a strong focus on fostering social-emotional skills in her practice.
She founded Manimal Academy, created to develop relational and social-emotional skills through the human-animal bond with dogs and horses. She brings a practical, experiential and deep perspective to her projects, focusing on the quality of connection, listening and collaboration.
