She supports managers, executives and teams through leadership development programmes, performance improvement, change management, empowerment and managerial growth, with a particular focus on the key dimensions of leadership: visioning, empowering, energising and self-efficacy.
She works to help individuals regain their ability to positively influence events, act with greater awareness and make things happen for the benefit of both the organisation and the common good.
She is a registered Psychologist and Psychotherapist with the Lombardy Order of Psychologists, an accredited member of ICF and the Society for Coaching Psychology Italy. She has built extensive experience as a lecturer in Management and Leadership at Corporate Universities and Business Schools, as a personal coach to top executives and as a mentor to senior managers and emerging talent.
She has designed and delivered leadership development, executive coaching, circular coaching, empowerment, diversity & inclusion, action learning and group training programmes on interpersonal dynamics applied to organisational behaviour for major organisations.
Her professional journey integrates philosophy, psychology, psychotherapy, coaching, leadership development and international research on authority, leadership and transformation. She brings analytical depth, seasoned experience, rigorous methodology and a strong commitment to enabling people to fulfil their potential within organisations.
