At Hermes, she supports project implementation, contributing to activity coordination, relationship management, and ensuring the overall quality of the programmes.
She works closely with consultants, clients, and key stakeholders, facilitating dialogue between different parties and ensuring continuity across objectives, timelines, activities, and expected outcomes.
She brings focus, methodology, and strong organisational skills to every project. She monitors activity progress, identifies needs, fosters open discussion, and helps build a clear, collaborative, and results-oriented working environment.
Her contribution supports turning project goals into tangible actions, maintaining a strong connection between people, processes, and organisational systems.
A registered psychologist with the Lazio Order of Psychologists (Section A), she is currently training at the IPR – Institute of Relational Psychotherapy. She completed a Master’s in ASTC Systemic Team Coaching and is pursuing her ICF Professional Coach ACC certification.
