His work stems from the search for a functional synergy between the creative and organisational worlds: two seemingly separate dimensions, yet both essential to create value and deliver quality results.
Always fascinated by human complexity, he completed a Master’s degree in Psychology and undertook his post-graduate internship at two consulting firms.
He obtained a Master’s in Project Management, deepening his knowledge of methods and tools designed to bring order, structure, and continuity to projects, while keeping collaboration, relationships, and creative thinking at the centre.
He brings precision, curiosity, organisational sensitivity, and an eye for process quality to projects, helping transform ideas, activities, and key people into clear, sustainable, and well-coordinated programmes.
