At Hermes she is a Project Manager, responsible for project organisation, planning and monitoring.

She oversees operational activities while maintaining a balance between timelines, resources, project constraints and expected results, with constant attention to the quality of the journey and client satisfaction.

Her role combines organisational and interpersonal skills, because every project requires precision, attention to detail, an understanding of operational dynamics, and the ability to build solid relationships with both the project team and clients.

She is driven by a desire to keep growing professionally and to leverage her skills and experience to help achieve the desired outcomes.

After graduating in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation, specialising in textual skills, she began her professional career in publishing. She subsequently gained experience in retail, managing operations, staff training and development.

Drawn to process organisation and structure, she furthered her expertise by completing an Executive Master in Project Management. She brings methodology, reliability, precision, and the ability to connect people, tasks and objectives to every project.
