Giulia Terracciano
At Hermes, she is Communications Manager and Consultant, overseeing communications, graphic design and project support.
She works to convey Hermes’ identity, values and shared project, blending visual languages, curated content, narrative sensitivity and a keen eye for message consistency.
Her work is driven by the desire to communicate what Hermes believes in, sharing principles, vision and innovation processes, opening the doors to Hermes’ world and engaging those who wish to be part of it.
She combines a passion for art and literature with her psychological expertise, turning content, imagery and words into tools that give shape to identity and bring the purpose of each project to light.
She is an Occupational, Social and Organisational Psychologist, registered with the Tuscany Order of Psychologists under number 10663, specialising in psychotraumatology. This background enables her to bring a dedicated focus to projects on psychological safety, individual well-being and the creation of environments that foster trust, inner resources and self-expression, even in the most challenging situations.
She has worked supporting individuals with disabilities and in experimental schools, leading initiatives focused on guidance and soft skills development. She also holds a Practitioner certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
